Bubble is a full-stack no-code platform for building web applications: a visual editor, a database and hosting in one place. A Bubble development agency designs, builds and launches those applications for you. MarkLogix builds marketplaces, SaaS tools, CRMs and internal dashboards on Bubble, from $1,499, with a working version in two to eight weeks.

What you get

What we build with Bubble

We start with the smallest version that proves the idea, then build outward from real usage.

Marketplaces

Two-sided platforms with listings, search, bookings or orders, messaging between users, and a payment split through Stripe Connect.

SaaS products

Subscription tools with sign-up, plans and billing, a real feature set behind the paywall, and an admin view for you.

Internal tools and CRMs

Dashboards, pipelines and back-office systems that replace a stack of spreadsheets and match how your team actually works.

Client and customer portals

A logged-in area where your customers see their data, submit requests, upload files and track progress without emailing you.

Database and permissions

A data structure, user roles and privacy rules set up properly from the start, so the app stays fast and secure as records grow.

Integrations

Connections to Stripe, your CRM, email and calendar tools, mapping and any API with documentation, using the API Connector or a plugin.

Responsive design

Screens designed in Figma and reviewed before build, then made to work from a wide desktop down to a phone.

Rescue and handover

Taking on a Bubble app another team started, fixing the data model, and leaving you documentation so the next developer is not lost.

In practice

One platform for the editor, the database and hosting

Bubble is a full-stack no-code environment: you design screens, model data and wire up logic in one place, then it hosts the result.

How it works

A process you can see coming

01 / Scope and recommend

Scope and recommend

A workshop mapping users, actions and data. You get a written scope, a fixed price and an honest note on whether Bubble is the right platform for where this product is going.

02 / Design the screens

Design the screens

Every screen drawn in Figma and approved before anything is built in Bubble, so you review a real interface rather than a description of one.

03 / Build in sprints

Build in sprints

The app is built in stages you can log into and use each week, so problems and change requests surface early rather than at a single reveal.

04 / Launch and hand over

Launch and hand over

Deployment on your Bubble plan, a written record of how the app works, and optional support once real usage starts teaching you what to change.

Fit

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • You need a marketplace, SaaS tool, CRM or internal system, not a marketing website
  • You want a working version in weeks to test with real users before investing more
  • Your logic is involved but not extreme: bookings, payments, roles, approvals
  • You want to own the app and be able to hand it to any Bubble developer later

Probably not if

  • You need a native mobile app with heavy device features. That is a FlutterFlow or native build
  • You expect millions of records or very heavy real-time traffic in year one
  • The requirements change every week. Scope first, then build
  • You need SOC 2 or HIPAA certification as a hard launch requirement

Technology

The tools we connect it to

We are AI first and platform agnostic. Bubble connects to the tools you already pay for through its API Connector, native plugins and webhooks. Common ones on our builds:

Platform licence and subscription fees are paid directly by you, in your own accounts, so nothing is ever locked behind ours.

Bubble connects to Stripe, Supabase, Firebase, OpenAI, Claude, Google Maps, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Figma, and any service with a documented API or SDK.

Investment

What it costs

Three starting points, priced about $500 below the going agency rate. The figure that fits your project is confirmed in writing after a free first meeting.

Starter MVP $1,499 to $2,200

One core flow, sign-in and a clean database, live on your Bubble plan. Enough to put in front of real users.

Standard build $2,999 to $3,600

Several user roles, payments, a handful of integrations, an admin area and testing across devices.

Full product $4,499 to $5,200

A larger marketplace or SaaS with complex logic, reporting, a full admin, and support for the first months of real usage.

These are estimated starting ranges to help you size a budget. Exact pricing depends on your scope and is confirmed in writing after the first meeting, which is free and carries no obligation.

Questions

Common questions

How much does it cost to build a Bubble app?

A starter version with one core flow, sign-in and a database starts at $1,499. A standard build with several roles, payments and integrations runs $2,999 to $3,600. A full marketplace or SaaS runs $4,499 to $5,200. Cost is driven by the number of roles, how complex the logic is and how many systems it connects to.

How long does a Bubble build take?

Two to eight weeks. A focused starter version can be ready in two to three weeks. A standard build with roles and payments usually takes four to six, and a full product six to eight. You get access to a working app each week rather than waiting for one reveal at the end.

Can Bubble handle a real, scalable product?

Yes, for most products. Bubble runs live marketplaces, CRMs and SaaS tools with thousands of users. The limits are very heavy real-time traffic, millions of rows queried at once, or logic that needs fine infrastructure control. We tell you at scoping if your growth path is likely to reach one of those.

Do I own the Bubble app and its data?

Yes. The app is built in a Bubble account registered to you, the database is yours and exportable, and any other Bubble developer can take it over. Ownership problems come from builds done inside an agency account, which we never do.

What if we outgrow Bubble later?

We plan for it. The data model is kept clean and exportable, and at scoping we tell you where the Bubble ceiling sits for your case. If your two-year plan clearly passes that ceiling, we recommend custom code from the start rather than a rushed migration later.

Can you finish or fix a Bubble app someone else started?

Yes. We take on stalled or broken Bubble builds: we audit the data model and workflows, give you a written view of what is wrong and what it takes to fix, then either repair it or rebuild the weak parts. You get documentation at handover either way.

Do you design the app as well as build it?

Yes. Every screen is designed in Figma and approved before it is built in Bubble. Design is part of the price, not a separate line item, because a Bubble app built without a design step usually has to be redone.

Do you sign an NDA before we share our idea?

Yes, always, and before you share anything. We are happy to use your own NDA template rather than ours, and we never publish a project as a case study without written permission.
