Privacy policy

MarkLogix collects only the information it needs to reply to you and to understand how the website is used. We do not sell data, we do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

What the contact forms collect

When you submit a form, we receive the fields you filled in: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, website, budget, timeline and message. Each form also records which page it was sent from, so we can route your enquiry to the right person. That is the entire list. There are no hidden fields collecting anything else.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and we do not combine it with your contact form submission. You can block analytics with any standard browser setting or extension without affecting how the site works.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google sets its own measurement cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Where your data goes

Form submissions are delivered to info@marklogix.com. If analytics is enabled, aggregate usage data is processed by Google. We do not share your information with any other third party except where we are legally required to.

Client data

For client projects, any accounts we set up on your behalf, including hosting, domains, advertising and analytics, are registered in your name. Access we hold to your systems is removed when a project ends or on request. Design files, code repositories and content are yours.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@marklogix.com and we will action the request and confirm when it is done.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes that affect how we handle existing enquiries will be explained rather than quietly swapped in.
