A Meta ads agency plans, builds and runs Facebook and Instagram campaigns. MarkLogix handles creative, audience testing and reporting on what each dollar returned, on a flat monthly fee from $500 with no minimum term. The ad account and pixel are set up in your name, so nothing is trapped in an agency account if you leave.

What you get

What Meta ads management includes

One fee covers the strategy, the creative and the reporting that tells you if it worked.

Account and pixel setup

Business Manager, ad account, pixel and the Conversions API configured in your name, or a full audit of what you already have.

Audience strategy

Cold, warm and retargeting audiences mapped to a simple funnel, with a plan for testing new ones each month.

Creative production

Static and video ads produced and versioned for testing, included in the fee rather than charged as a separate line.

Campaign build

Campaigns structured for the objective that matches your goal, whether that is leads, purchases or messages.

Testing framework

A steady cycle of audience and creative tests, so the account keeps improving instead of coasting on one winning ad.

Landing pages

The page the ad sends people to, built or improved so the click converts. Part of the scope, not an extra.

Tracking and attribution

Pixel events, the Conversions API and GA4 aligned so reported results hold up against what actually landed in your inbox or checkout.

Monthly reporting

Spend, results, cost per result and return, in plain language, with what changed and what is next.

Technology

The tools we build with

We are AI first and platform agnostic. The right tool depends on your budget, who maintains it after launch and how far it needs to scale, so we recommend one in the meeting and explain the trade offs before you commit. If your project uses something not on this list, we can still take it on.

How it works

A process you can see coming

01 / Set up and plan

Set up and plan

Account, pixel and tracking checked or built, target cost per result agreed, and the first creative and audience plan written.

02 / Produce

Produce

The first round of static and video creative produced and the campaigns built around it.

03 / Launch and learn

Launch and learn

Live within one to two weeks, then close attention through the learning phase to find what the audience responds to.

04 / Scale what works

Scale what works

Budget moved to winning audiences and creative, with fresh tests each month and a monthly report.

Fit

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • Your product can be explained and sold to someone who was not looking for it yet
  • You have a budget of at least a few hundred dollars a month for ad spend, separate from the fee
  • You can supply product, brand direction and any footage, or want us to produce creative from scratch
  • You want to own the Business Manager, ad account and pixel data

Probably not if

  • Your buyers only act when they are actively searching. Google Ads may fit better
  • You cannot support the volume of creative that Meta needs to keep performing
  • Your margin will not carry a paid cost per sale
  • You expect a positive return in week one, before the account has learned

Investment

What it costs

Management is a flat monthly fee from $500, separate from your ad spend, which is paid directly to Meta from your own account. What you pay above the floor depends on how much creative we produce each month and how many campaigns run. The exact figure is confirmed in writing after a free first meeting.

Starter

One funnel, a small monthly batch of creative, landing page support and monthly reporting.

Growth

Multiple audiences and objectives, a larger creative cycle and ongoing landing page testing.

Scale

High spend, frequent creative refreshes, and coordination with your other channels.

These are estimated starting ranges to help you size a budget. Exact pricing depends on your scope and is confirmed in writing after the first meeting, which is free and carries no obligation.

Questions

Common questions

How much does a Meta ads agency cost?

Management starts at $500 per month as a flat fee, separate from your ad spend. It rises with how much creative we produce and how many campaigns run. Creative, audience testing, landing page support and reporting are included in the fee rather than billed as extras.

Is the ad spend included in the fee?

No. You pay Meta directly from your own account for the ad delivery. Our fee covers producing the creative and running the campaigns. Keeping them separate means you always know what went to media and what went to management.

Do you make the ad creative?

Yes. Static and video ads are produced and versioned for testing as part of the fee. If you have existing footage or product photography we use it; if not, we create from scratch. Meta rewards a steady flow of new creative, so production is continuous, not one-off.

How long until Meta ads work?

Campaigns can produce results within one to two weeks, but the first two to four weeks are a learning phase with a higher cost per result while the account gathers data. We judge performance after it settles, not during the learning phase.

What is the difference between Meta ads and Google ads?

Google ads capture people who are already searching for what you sell. Meta ads put your product in front of people who fit your customer profile but were not looking yet. Businesses with clear existing demand often start with Google; those who need to create demand start with Meta.

Who owns the ad account and pixel?

You do. Business Manager, the ad account and the pixel are created in your name from the start, so the audience data and campaign history stay with you. Agencies that run everything through their own account leave you starting from zero if you move on.

Can you take over an account another agency ran?

Yes. We audit the account, tell you what is worth keeping and what is wasting money, and give you a written recommendation before taking over with your permission.

Do you sign an NDA before we share our account?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you grant account access or share commercial figures, and we are happy to use your own NDA template. We never publish results as a case study without written permission.
