Development

Business process automation that ends the copy and paste.

We connect the tools your business already runs on, so routine steps happen without anyone doing them. No enterprise rollout, just the specific handoffs that waste your team an hour a day.

First consultation is free, and every enquiry is answered within 12 hours.

Business process automation is connecting the tools you already use so routine steps happen without anyone doing them. MarkLogix maps where work is re-typed, delayed or forgotten, then builds the connections: leads route themselves, follow-ups send on time, and records stay in sync across your CRM, forms, email and spreadsheets.

What you get

What an automation project covers

We fix the handoffs that cost the most time first, then move down the list.

Workflow audit

We watch how work actually moves through your tools and write down every point where a person copies, chases or re-enters something.

Priority list

Each manual step ranked by time saved against effort to automate, so you spend the budget where it returns the most.

Lead routing

Enquiries from every form and channel land in one place, tagged by source, assigned to the right person and acknowledged automatically.

Follow-up sequences

Timed emails and reminders that fire off a trigger, so nothing depends on someone remembering to send it.

Data sync

Contacts, deals and status kept consistent between your CRM, spreadsheets and email tools, one way or both.

Internal alerts

The right person notified in the channel they actually watch when something needs a human, and only then.

Reporting pulls

Numbers you check weekly gathered into one sheet or dashboard automatically instead of by hand each Monday.

Documentation and handover

A written record of every automation, what triggers it and how to change it, built in accounts registered to you.

Technology

The tools we build with

We are AI first and platform agnostic. The right tool depends on your budget, who maintains it after launch and how far it needs to scale, so we recommend one in the meeting and explain the trade offs before you commit. If your project uses something not on this list, we can still take it on.

How it works

A process you can see coming

01 / Audit

Audit

We map your tools and the work that moves between them, ending in a ranked list of steps worth automating.

02 / Agree scope

Agree scope

You pick which workflows to build first. Each one is priced on its own, so you are never committing to a platform-wide project.

03 / Build and test

Build and test

Each automation built, run against real cases and checked with the people who do the work today.

04 / Hand over

Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough and access in your own accounts, plus support while the team settles into the new flow.

Fit

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • Your team re-types the same information between two or more tools every day
  • Leads slip because follow-up depends on someone remembering
  • You already pay for a CRM, forms and email but they do not talk to each other
  • You want a few specific fixes, not a company-wide software project

Probably not if

  • The process itself is undefined. Agree how it should work before automating it
  • You need automation across systems that have no API or export
  • You want a custom internal application. That is a web application build
  • You expect one automation to replace a role rather than remove a chore

Investment

What it costs

Pricing depends on scope, so instead of a fixed number here is what each level of engagement usually covers. The exact figure is confirmed in writing after a free first meeting.

Single workflow

One well-defined handoff automated end to end, such as lead routing or a follow-up sequence.

Connected set

A handful of related automations across your CRM, forms and email, built and documented together.

Ongoing

A monthly retainer to work down the priority list and adjust automations as your tools and team change.

These are estimated starting ranges to help you size a budget. Exact pricing depends on your scope and is confirmed in writing after the first meeting, which is free and carries no obligation.

Questions

Common questions

What counts as business process automation?

Any routine step a person currently does by hand that a tool could do on a trigger: routing an enquiry, sending a follow-up, updating a record in two places, alerting a colleague, or pulling numbers into a report. It is not replacing judgement, it is removing the repetitive parts around it.

How much does automation cost?

Each workflow is priced on its own, based on how many tools it touches and how complex the rules are. A single automation is a small piece of work; a connected set across your CRM, forms and email is larger. We confirm the figure in writing after the audit and a free first meeting.

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with an API or a supported connector: common CRMs, form builders, email platforms, calendars, spreadsheets, messaging apps, payment providers and accounting software. During the audit we confirm which of your specific tools can be connected before anything is priced.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. Most projects use the tools you already pay for plus a connector layer. If a gap genuinely needs a new tool we tell you what it costs and why, and the subscription is in your name, not ours.

What happens if a tool changes or breaks an automation?

Automations built on public APIs are stable, but platforms do change. Documentation covers how each one works so any developer can adjust it, and an optional monthly retainer covers keeping them running as your stack evolves.

Do you also build the CRM or dashboard behind this?

We can. Where the right answer is a small custom tool rather than a chain of connectors, that becomes a web application project, handled by the same team so the automation and the tool are designed together.

Do we own the automations and accounts?

Yes. Every automation is built in accounts registered to you, with written documentation. If you stop working with us, nothing needs to be transferred or rebuilt because it was never held in our name.

Do you sign an NDA before we share our processes?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything confidential about how your business runs, and we are happy to use your own NDA template. We never publish a project as a case study without written permission.
