Scope
A workshop mapping users, actions and data, ending in a written scope covering what is in version one and what waits.
Development
Dashboards, client portals, booking systems and internal tools built around how your business actually works. We are AI first, which is why a working version usually arrives in two to eight weeks rather than months.
First consultation is free, and every enquiry is answered within 12 hours.
Web application development is building custom software that runs in a browser, such as a dashboard, client portal, booking system or internal tool. MarkLogix builds these on Bubble, FlutterFlow, Lovable, Antigravity or custom code, choosing the platform based on how complex the logic is and how far the product must scale. Most builds take two to eight weeks.
What you get
We start with the smallest version that proves the idea, then build outward from there.
We map the users, the actions they take and the data behind them, then cut scope down to what version one genuinely needs.
No code moves faster and costs less. Custom code scales further with no platform ceiling. We tell you which fits and why, in writing.
Screens designed and reviewed before build, so you approve a real interface rather than a description of one.
Data structure, user roles, permissions and business rules built to match how the work is actually done.
Connections to the tools you already use, including CRMs, payment providers, email and any API with documentation.
Every user role tested against real scenarios before launch, not only the path the developer expected.
Hosting on Vercel, Firebase, Supabase or the platform's own infrastructure, in accounts registered to you.
A written record of how it works and how to change it, so you are never locked to one developer.
Technology
We are AI first and platform agnostic. The right tool depends on your budget, who maintains it after launch and how far it needs to scale, so we recommend one in the meeting and explain the trade offs before you commit. If your project uses something not on this list, we can still take it on.
Platform licence and subscription fees are paid directly by you, in your own accounts, so nothing is ever locked behind ours.
How it works
A workshop mapping users, actions and data, ending in a written scope covering what is in version one and what waits.
We choose no code or custom code, explain the trade offs, and give a fixed price against the agreed scope.
Delivered in milestones you can log into and use, so problems surface early rather than at the end.
Deployment, documentation and handover, then optional ongoing support as real usage teaches you what to change.
Fit
Investment
These are estimated starting ranges to help you size a budget. Exact pricing depends on your scope and is confirmed in writing after the first meeting, which is free and carries no obligation.
Questions
A working version one on a no code platform starts at $1,500. A production application with multiple user roles, integrations and custom logic runs $2,200 to $3,200. Fully custom builds run $3,200 to $4,000. Cost is driven by the number of user roles, how complex the business rules are, and how many systems it must connect to.
Two to eight weeks depending on scope. A focused version one can be ready in two to three weeks. A production application with several user roles and integrations usually takes six to eight. We deliver in milestones you can log into, so you see progress rather than waiting for a single reveal.
No code platforms such as Bubble and FlutterFlow build far faster and cost less, which suits a first version or an internal tool. Custom code has no platform ceiling and lower long term running costs, which suits products expected to scale or be sold. We recommend one after scoping rather than defaulting to whichever we prefer.
Yes, if the system has an API or a supported connector. Common integrations include CRMs, payment providers, email platforms, calendars and accounting software. We confirm during scoping whether each integration is possible before it is priced.
It is a real risk and we plan for it. We keep your data structured so it can be exported, and we tell you at scoping where the platform's ceiling sits. If your growth path is likely to hit that ceiling within two years, we recommend custom code from the start.
Yes. The platforms we list are the ones we use most, not a limit. If your project already runs on another stack, or your team wants a specific technology kept, we can take it on. Tell us what you are using and we will confirm honestly whether we are the right fit.
Yes. Accounts, hosting, databases and code repositories are created in your name. For custom builds you receive the full repository. For no code builds the project sits in your platform account, so you can hand it to any other developer.
Yes, always, and before you share anything. We are happy to use your own NDA template rather than ours, and we never publish a project as a case study without written permission.
